1) We research your trip or expedition. Once you've decided you want to go ahead, we research your itinerary. At this stage we ask you to pay a £100 research fee to cover our time. This does not commit you to booking with us but this payment will be deducted from the total payment.2) You sign a contract with us. Once we have agreed on your itinerary, TMT will send you a contract by email which you will sign and return. It's important to read our Booking Conditions before you sign.
3) You pay us via Paypal or bank transfer. If you are booking your holiday 10 weeks before departure, we will ask you to pay 50% of your balance in order to confirm your reservations. At 10 weeks you will be required to pay the outstanding balance in full. Your deposit will also be deducted from the final balance of your trek.
4) We send you all the information you need. To get the best out of your trek or expedition, we will advise you on the equipment you will need to bring with you, the likely weather/climate conditions and suggest further reading. We will also advise you on how to train for your trek. You may also like to join one of our 'Preparing for your trek' weekends.
