We can organise Team Building programmes to help develop the performance of your staff at work. We will design an event that focuses on personal and social development skills such as trust, listening, communication, leadership, planning to name but a few.
We will tailor you program according to the requirements of your business, budget and time but here's a sample program: Day 1: Arrive in the evening at bunkhouse in North Wales (camping and Peak or Lake District also available). Your team with start off by cooking the dinner together. In the evening we will discuss our goals for the programmes and continue the evening with some group games such as Mafia. Day 2: We will start the day off with some icebreakers and warm up games so that we can get over our personal space issues. We will continue with group initiatives so that we can explore the dynamics within the group. Perhaps some people are quieter in the group and need to be given the chance to speak up. Maybe others are finding it hard to trust the members that they don't know so well. We will work on this! In the afternoon we will split into smaller groups and work on our navigation skills on an orienteering course. The evening meal is then followed by group games. Day 3: A challenging day of new outdoor activities and further team work. You will have the chance to have a taster session of canoeing, rockclimbing, coasteering (North Wales) or gorge walking.The evening meal is then followed by route planning for day 4. Day 4: A day walking in the mountains. You will have a leader from TMT with you but it will be your responsibility to navigate your choosen route the right way. Don't get lost or leave it all up to one person! In the evening howabout a barbecue and then review the highs and lows of your past few days. Day 5: Quick run and dip to wake you up early in the morning before breakfast! Depart after breakfast. Longer and shorter programmes are available, with or without camping expeditions.
